Phase 1: Build-up: June 30 – July 3

Minimal requirements
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we require a minimum commitment of either:

3 to 4 days of Build-up and/or Teardown (8 hours per day).

3 days of Festival shifts (5–7 hours per day).
Volunteer Positions & Selection
To help us find the best fit for everyone, please select at least three areas you can support. Important: Applying for a specific position does not guarantee placement in that role. Each area has limited capacity and specific requirements. If your first choice is full, we will do our best to match you with your secondary preferences. Please let us know the time window when you’ll be at the festival and available to help. We’ll assign specific shifts later.
Volunteer Benefits
In exchange for your energy and dedication, we provide:

Free Festival Ticket: No pre-payment or refund process required; your entry and camping are covered.

Meals: 3 meals per day during Build-up/Breakdown; 1 meal per day during Festival shifts.

Refreshments: Drink tickets provided based on completed shifts.
